Welcome to Algi's Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our services. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service.
Algi ("we," "us," or "our") is a personal assistant designed to help users manage schedules and communications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data responsibly.
We collect information you provide directly (such as when you sign up or connect third-party accounts), information generated through your use of our services (such as usage and device data), and information from integrations you explicitly authorize (such as Google Calendar or Gmail).
When authorized, Algi may access calendar events and email content to perform user-requested actions. Email access may include on-demand, user-initiated scans of mailbox content to summarize emails, extract tasks, or draft responses.
We use information solely to provide and improve Algi's features, including answering scheduling questions, managing calendar events, summarizing emails, and drafting communications. Email and calendar data are accessed only in response to explicit user requests. Email content is processed transiently and is not stored after processing. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted. We minimize data retention and store only what is necessary to perform requested actions. Users may revoke connected account access at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage connected accounts directly within Algi or contact us for assistance.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
