Algi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI personal assistant for finance and legal professionals that operates through WhatsApp and Telegram to help users manage schedules and communications. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up, information generated through your use of Algi, and data from third-party integrations you explicitly authorize via OAuth, including Google Calendar and Gmail.

Google API Data

When you authorize Google Calendar access, Algi reads calendar events and availability to detect scheduling conflicts and creates, edits, or deletes events on your behalf when requested.

When you authorize Gmail access, Algi reads email threads to summarize inbox activity and surface important emails, and composes, sends, and labels emails on your behalf when requested through the messaging interface.

Google Calendar and Gmail data is processed transiently to fulfill your request and is never stored after processing, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or training AI models.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide Algi's features. We do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond the specific action you request.

Data Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We implement industry-standard security practices and undergo regular security assessments. Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at founders@usealgi.com for assistance.
