Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Algi, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (Algi is designed for finance and legal professionals) and accept these Terms. If using Algi on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of Service

Algi is an AI personal assistant for finance and legal professionals that operates through WhatsApp and Telegram to help manage email, calendar, scheduling, and related tasks. We access only the third-party data you explicitly authorize via OAuth, including Google Calendar and Gmail. Features and availability may change over time.

Google API Services

Algi's use of Google API Services is limited to the specific actions you request through the messaging interface. We access Google Calendar to read availability and manage events, and Gmail to read, compose, and send emails on your behalf. This data is processed transiently and never stored, sold, or used for advertising or AI training. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must use Algi in compliance with applicable laws and not use it to harm others or violate their rights. You remain responsible for reviewing any actions Algi takes on your behalf, including sending emails or modifying calendar events.

Intellectual Property

Algi and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that AI-generated content is accurate or appropriate for your specific professional situation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and revoke OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
